Volunteer

COME CELEBRATE  ( or  ROCK) YOUR COMMUNITY AND  MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A 2024  PORCHROKR VOLUNTEER ! 

You will be notified of your Volunteer Assignment approximately 3 weeks from date of application by email.  Please report to the Volunteer Booth, day of event, 15 minutes prior to your assigned shift. 
What would you like to help with at the Festival?
You may choose more than one category

Check in at the Volunteer Booth.
8am - 11am (3 hr shift). Putting up tents, yard signs, barricades, etc.
10am - 7pm (3 hr shifts). 10-11am, 1-4pm, 4-7pm. Sell merchandise, provide directions, pass out maps, manage supplies, lost and found, first aid kit...
210am - 7pm (2 hr shifts). Check-in arriving volunteers, direct to location assigned, Q&A, communicate with Vol Coordinators on any concerns or issues such as cancelations/no shows, etc. Record names/ contact of folks interested in volunteer opportunities.
10am - 7pm (3 hr shifts). Show bands under which tent they can stage their equipment while unloading and setting up on stage. Directing bands to short and long term parking. You will report to The Stage Manager Roger Riddle.
10am - 7pm (3 hr shifts). Checking IDs, selling tickets, area maintenance, beer pouring

6:30 - 10:30pm (2 hr shifts) 6:30 - 8:30pm, 8:30 - 10:30 pm

Check in at Volunteer Booth at 6:30pm for both shifts. 

Clean up, move signs and barricades, with various tasks to be assigned as needed.
Be an important part of the Porch Rockr planning process for 2025.
