Volunteer - Non trash

Use this form if you want to sign up to volunteer for any of our non-trash related assignments.

What would you like to help with at the Festival?

You may choose more than one category

Check in at the Volunteer Booth.

Folding /organizing tee shirts and merchandise, assembly of yard signs, posters, etc.

8am - 11am (3 hr shift). Putting up tents, yard signs, barricades, etc.

10am - 7pm. Examples: 10-1pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm. Sell merchandise, provide directions, pass out maps, manage supplies, lost and found, first aid kit...

10am - 7pm (2 hr shifts). Check-in arriving volunteers, direct to location assigned, Q&A, communicate with Vol Coordinators on any concerns or issues such as cancelations/no shows, etc. Record names/ contact of folks interested in volunteer opportunities.

10am - 7pm (2 hr shifts). Show bands under which tent they can stage their equipment while unloading and setting up on stage. Directing bands to short and long term parking. You will report to the Stage Manager for all duties, as needed.

10am - 7pm (2 hr shifts). Checking IDs, selling tickets, area maintenance, beer pouring, handoff, serving.

If signing up to volunteer for the Beer Garden, please check if you have experience working in Retail and/or Restaurants:

6:30 - 10:30pm (2 hr shifts) 6:30 - 8:30pm, 8:30 - 10:30 pm

Check in at Volunteer Booth at 6:15pm for both shifts.

This is the assignment that we need the most volunteers for. Participants will get a special Porch ROKR Trash Crew t-shirt!
You will be moving trash bags and sorting out recycling. You will get dirty, but only for 2 hours, and you'll be wearing gloves.
